Since its founding in 1959, AWCO has been guided by successive generations of dedicated women who have contributed to the growth and development of the organization.

Each administration has played a part in carrying forward the vision and values of AWCO. Their collective service has helped transform the organization from a small group of pioneering women into a growing community-based organization with members and branches at home and abroad. We honour their service and continue the journey.
